Terms and Conditions

1. Product Delivery Time
We only deliver within the United States. Your order can take up to 3 months to arrive. Please plan ahead.
2. Cancellations
We typically send orders to the printer within 1 or 2 days of your placing an order. A placed order can be canceled without any problems if the order hasn’t been sent to our printer yet. If the order has already been sent to the printer, that means that money have already been transferred to the printer. Cancellation is not possible after the order is sent to the printer.
3. Refunds
If your order arrived damaged or flawed due to some printing error, we will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping) of the damaged items as long as you contact us within three (3) days of receipt. You will need to send us photo evidence of the item’s damage.
4. Shipping
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct when placing an order. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 3 months.
5. Payments
All payments are processed via PayPal.
6. Legal
This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute resolution must take place in a venue/location closest to Wake County, North Carolina.
You agree that all disputes that are not resolved after direct communication shall be resolved by arbitration on an individual basis, rather than by trial or class actions.
